Welcome to the Western Slope Reining Horse Association website. If you have any suggestions for our website or have articles or pictures that you would like to see on our site, please let us know by using the “Contact” tab, which can be found on this home page.

The Western Slope Reining Horse Association has been an NRHA affiliate for 16 years. Our 2010 Schedule includes three sanctioned shows for the NRHA Affiliate Qualifying Series: the Rifle Spring Classic; the Rifle Summer Classic; and, the Rocky Mountain Reining Horse Association Summer Slide in Denver.

Also scheduled for 2010 are a Futurity/Derby show in August and our show season finale, the Western Slope Spin in Rifle on October 1-3. All of our shows are NRHA approved and feature great awards, added money, and fun exhibitor socials!

Our year-end awards programs are outstanding, including an NRHA Affiliate awards program, a Club Championship Series, and a Saddle Series. Contact any board member for more information. Experience the excitement of reining in a family-friendly fun atmosphere!

The 2010 NRHA Regional Clinic Series featuring Hands-On-Training with NRHA professional Casey Hinton comes to the Skyline Ranch in Carbondale, Colorado, July 24 and 25. Click here for details.

The Mountain Region Affiliate Finals location has been changed to the Black Hawk Arena in Salina, Utah. Also remember that you must declare an affiliate, even if you are a member of only one affiliate. That declaration must be made by August 1, 2010.
